Thank you again for registering to attend the SMSF Association National Conference 2023 to be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 22-24 February 2023.

Please see below information that may assist you in preparing for your attendance at the Conference.

Information desk

The Information Desk will be located on the Ground Floor of the Convention Centre, opposite the Goldfields Café. This is best accessible via the Convention Centre Place entry near DFO.

The Information Desk will be open at the following times:

The WALDRONSMITH Management and SMSF Association teams will be happy to assist in any way they can throughout the duration of the Conference.

Exhibition hall

The Conference Exhibition Hall will be located through Door 14 in the Goldfields Foyer, opposite the Information Desk on the Ground Floor of MCEC. The Exhibition Hall will operate during the following hours:

Name badges

For security purposes we ask that you wear your name badge at all times, including to social functions. You will be required to scan your name badge for entry into sessions to obtain CPD hours (as well as in to social functions; your name badge will be scanned on exit for back to back sessions in the same room). Delegates without a name badge will not be permitted entry into sessions, social functions or the exhibition area.

Social Functions

All social functions are included in the cost of your registration, however indication of attendance is required. Please check your registration information above to ensure you have indicated your attendance should you wish to attend.

Please note that all delegates and guests attending the social functions are required to wear their name badge at all times. If you have invited a guest to attend a social function, please ensure they are with you at your time of entering the function room so that their attendance can be marked off.

Please contact the Conference Office if you wish to add or cancel any social event tickets to your registration, or book any additional accompanying guest tickets.

Catering & Special Requirements

All catering will be served in the Exhibition Hall.

Every effort will be made to accommodate all special dietary requirements and/or special needs; however, advance notification is required. If you did not provide this information at the time of registering, please advise via email to the Conference Office. Please note the ability to assist with ‘pop-up’ diets once onsite is severely restricted due to COVID Safe measures.

It brings a lot of value to the industry: a lot of people come here for the excellent presenters and CPD points, but I think the connection with everyone getting back together is a big part of it.
