John Maroney

John’s experience includes extensive senior management and consulting roles in superannuation, insurance, Australian and international financial regulation, actuarial and risk management plus managing professional and industry associations. He has been employed by large and small employers and consultants, within the private and public sectors, within Australia and internationally and he also was self-employed for several years while he developed a successful consulting firm.

Bronny Speed

Bronny is the Founding Director of AccountantsIQ Pty Ltd, is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and a qualified maths teacher. She has over 25 years’ experience in the accountancy and advice professions. At AccountantsIQ, Bronny is the architect of our advice solutions and works actively with clients to integrate these solutions into their businesses. Prior to founding AccountantsIQ, Bronny was a Director and Responsible Manager for a boutique AFSL, and gained corporate experience as the Chief Financial Adviser at Mercer (Aust) Pty Ltd. With an excellent understanding of the advice industry, Bronny’s passion for education, financial advice and accounting are showcased through her active industry contribution and her work assisting accountants integrate financial planning into their accountancy businesses.

Jacqui Henderson

Jacqui’s 10+ years’ experience in Private Wealth, coupled with previous experience in telco and technology industries, united her background in Fintech. Jacqui is passionate about Goals Based Advice, Customer eXperience, Human Behavioural Science and Artificial Intelligence, the foundation of the innovative a.i. software.

Glenn Baird

Glenn Baird leads TAL’s mental health strategy working with internal stakeholders and mental health groups to encourage the health and wellbeing of TAL’s people, its customers and of all Australians.

A qualified psychotherapist, facilitator and trainer with over 14 years’ experience, Glenn has mainly worked with suicidal clients from diverse backgrounds – including professional athletes, corporate lawyers and tradespeople.

Glenn’s passion for high performance sports, combined with experience playing basketball at the elite and semi-elite levels for 15 years, has enabled him to help individuals and teams focus on continual improvement.

He has designed and implemented award-winning workplace education and support programs promoting health and wellbeing.

Rachel O'Connor

Rachel is passionate about financial wellbeing and determined to see her clients achieve financial freedom and success. She believes that the way people handle their finances has an enormous impact on their overall wellbeing. She loves that through financial advice she can be part of a process which empowers people to do the things that make them happy with the people that they love, now and in the future.

Rachel has recently started her own financial advice practice, Flourix Wealth. She has been working in financial advice for 10 years, having started her career in 2009. She has a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney, is a Chartered Accountant – Financial Planning Specialist (CA-FPS) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
