As part of your package you would have received a confirmation of the number of registrations allocated to your organisation. Please send a list of your booth reps to Julie Allen and Georgia Bashford-Foxx by 21 January 2021.
All representatives will be pre-registered before the event by the SMSFA team. Please include the following details:
If you have trouble logging on, try clearing your cookies and caches.
If you are using Google Chrome, you can open the log in page in Incognito which automatically clears any cookies or caches.
You will only need to use your email address to log in. Make sure it is the same one provided for registration.
If you have trouble viewing the page, zoom out to reduce the screen size.
You can update your details at any time through the “Edit Registration Info” page, accessed through the gear icon at the top of the page.
You can add your photo within this page.
Getting to Your Booth
You get to your booth by clicking on the “Exhibition Hall” sign within the lobby, or in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
Once you have entered the “Exhibition Hall” you click on your individual booth to get to it.
Once you have arrived at your booth you should see the words “Rep Dashboard” at the top of the screen, this confirms you have been registered as a booth rep. If this does not appear please contact Julie Allen to change your registration type.
There are two types of chat functions:
Public Chat: At the top of the screen on your booth you will see the words “Public Chat”. Open this to view questions from attendees to any of the booth reps. At the end of each day you can download a copy of your public chat via the “Download” button.
1:1 Chat: If you see someone within the public chat that has a green icon displayed next to their name, this means they are currently online and by clicking on this icon you can engage with them in a one to one chat. The one to one chat box will display in the bottom right hand side of your screen.
