Accommodation

The SMSF Association has been able to secure a limited number of rooms at the RACV Royal Pines Resort on hold for Technical Summit 2022 attendees. Please ensure you register and book early to secure a room and avoid disappointment, and take note of the cancellation policy.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions
Guarantee Policy:
 All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee due at time of booking. To secure your booking a deposit equal to 1 night’s accommodation tariff is required at the time of booking
 
Credit Card Payments:
 A surcharge will apply to all payments made by American Express and Diner Club cards. American Express 2.8% Visa and MasterCard payments do not attract a surcharge.
 
Deposit Policy:
The equivalent of one nights tariff is required as a deposit.
Cancellations:
Any cancellations or reduction of room night bookings within 14 days of arrival will incur 100% cancellation fees payable to the resort
Buffet Breakfast can be added at the cost of $28 per person per day, if you wish to add breakfast, please note it in the special requests section.

Mountain View Room

Room configuration: 2 double beds only

Spaciously appointed (38sqm), the Mountain View rooms have been refurbished to reflect a modern and contemporary style, which enhances the beautiful views of the Gold Coast Hinterland and mountains. Features include two double beds, desk, mini-bar, ensuite bathroom, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The Mountain View Room can accommodate one optional rollaway single bed available upon request (charges apply).

Superior Room

Room configuration: 2 double beds or 1 king bed

Offering stunning views of the Resort’s luscious grounds, the rooms have been designed to reflect a modern and contemporary style. These spaciously appointed rooms (38sqm) feature one king bed, a balcony, minibar, ensuite bathroom, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The Superior King room sleeps up to three people, with an optional rollaway bed available upon request (charges apply).

Room plus one breakfast              $258 per night

Room plus two breakfasts            $286 per night

 

Spa Suite

Room configuration: 1 king bed only

These spacious suites feature a split-level lounge/bedroom area, luxurious marble bathrooms and in-room spa. Some also feature a balcony. Guests enjoy expansive views over the mountains, pool, golf course or resort lakes. The Spa Suite can accommodate one optional rollaway single bed available upon request (charges apply).

Room plus two breakfasts            $356 per night

Executive Twin Room

Room configuration: 2 double beds only

Offering stunning views of the Resort’s tropical surrounds, the Executive Twin Rooms have been refurbished to reflect a modern and contemporary style and some rooms feature a balcony. These spaciously appointed rooms (38sqm), feature 2 Double Beds, minibar, ensuite bathroom, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Located on the 21st floor, the Executive lounge provides guests staying in Executive rooms with an additional retreat including breakfast, lounge, light refreshments during the day, and canapes and drinks in the evening. The Executive Lounge is permitted to adults only (18+ years) between 5.00pm – 6.30pm daily. Children under 18 years are permitted outside of these hours, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

Executive Suite

Room configuration: 1 king bed only

Offering stunning views, the Executive Level 22 Suites are spaciously appointed (69sqm) and feature one king bed, minibar, ensuite bathroom, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Access to the Executive Lounge, located on the 21st floor is included, providing guests staying in Executive rooms with an additional retreat including breakfast, lounge, light refreshments during the day, and canapes and drinks in the evening. The Executive Lounge is permitted to adults only (18+ years) between 5.00pm – 6.30pm daily. Children under 18 years are permitted outside of these hours, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

Torquay Suite

Room configuration: 1 king bed only

The Torquay Suite, our largest suite in the resort (140sqm), features a king bed, has a separate entertaining area, marble surrounds, leather couches and an in built Miele coffee machine. Access to the Executive Lounge on Level 21 is included and provides guests staying in Executive rooms with an additional retreat including breakfast, lounge, light refreshments during the day, and canapes and drinks in the evening. The Executive Lounge is permitted to adults only (18+ years) between 5.00pm – 6.30pm daily. Children under 18 years are permitted outside of these hours, provided they are accompanied by an adult.
