Insurance ownership decisions can have far-reaching consequences that extend well beyond the policy itself. The choice of where insurance is held may influence tax outcomes, estate planning objectives, retirement strategies and the benefits ultimately received by clients and their beneficiaries.

Through practical scenarios, this mini workshop will explore how insurance ownership decisions interact with broader SMSF, tax and succession planning strategies. Adam will examine how mental ill health, changing dependency relationships and the interpretation of policy terms can influence the outcomes ultimately achieved for clients and beneficiaries.
