ACCOMMODATION

A selection of accommodation options have been secured within easy walking distance of the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) by our Accommodation Manager, WALDRONSMITH Management.

Why book through the conference registration system?

Accommodation is held from Tuesday 17 February to Friday 20 February 2026. If you require dates outside of this period, please note your preferred dates in the ‘Special Requirements’ section. Our Accommodation Manager will contact the hotel direct and advise you of availability.

The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival so we encourage you to book early. Any booking requests received less than 30 days prior to arrival (Friday 16 January 2026) are subject to availability.

ARRIVAL

Please note the check in time at the hotels is generally 1500hrs. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 1800hrs please note this accordingly to ensure your room is held for your arrival.

PAYMENT

A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking. The card details will be securely forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee of your booking.

If you wish to pay for your accommodation in advance by credit card or bank transfer, please note this request in the ’Special Requirements’ section and our Accommodation Manager will be in contact to finalise the payment with you.

You will be required to settle your room and incidental expenses direct with the hotel on arrival or departure.

BOOKING TERMS

Please review the booking terms for your preferred hotel for penalties that will apply should you cancel or fail to arrive at the hotel on the designated day of arrival (no-shows).

To make any changes or to cancel your booking, please contact our Accommodation Manager by email – NOT direct with the hotel. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot by accepted nor will hotels accept any changes direct.

All room rates noted are based on room only and are in Australian Dollars.

Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre

Distance from venue: 300m (4 min walk) | 300 Blyth Street, Adelaide

Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre is situated in the vibrant northwest quarter of Adelaide’s central business district. The great location provides easy accessibility to the Adelaide Convention Centre.

The hotel features 245 well-designed rooms equipped with high quality bedding and bathroom fittings, and a choice of soft and firm pillows. There is complimentary wifi, a self-service laundry facility, business centre and fitness room.

Run of House Room: $190 per night

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or non-arrival at the hotel (no show) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the entire length of stay. Any reductions by one or more nights within 30 days of arrival will incur cancellation fees.

Payment Terms:
The credit card provided will be charged full payment of the booking plus credit card surcharge 30 days prior to arrival.

Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites

Distance from venue: 170m (2 min walk) | 96 North Terrace, Adelaide

Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites offers contemporary serviced apartments in Adelaide’s vibrant west end. Combining stylish apartments with the comfort of first-class amenities and facilities just a short walk from the Adelaide Convention Centre.

The spacious serviced apartments offer full hotel services, are self-contained with kitchen and laundry facilities and boast contemporary furnishings, cable TV, internet access, direct dial telephones, writing desks and individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received between 29–14 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of one night’s stay. Cancellations received within 13 days of arrival or non-arrival at the hotel (no show) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the number of nights cancelled. Any reductions by one or more nights within 30 days of arrival will incur cancellation fees.

Payment Terms:
The credit card provided will be charged one night’s stay 30 days prior to arrival. The balance of payment will be charged upon check in at the hotel.

Oaks Adelaide Horizons Suites

Distance from venue: 170m (2 min walk) | 104 North Terrace, Adelaide

Oaks Adelaide Horizons Suites is a spacious and stylish apartment-style hotel conveniently located on North Terrace in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, opposite the Adelaide Convention Centre.

The self-contained apartments have fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, a private balcony with city views, writing desk, cable TV, broadband internet access, air-conditioning and an in-room safe. There is an indoor swimming pool and a gym.

Stamford Plaza Adelaide

Distance from venue: 190m (3 min walk) | 150 North Terrace, Adelaide

Stamford Plaza Adelaide is situated on North Terrace across the road from the Adelaide Convention Centre and only 10 minutes from the airport.

Hotel rooms offer either a panoramic city or parkland view, king or twin beds, tea and coffee making facilities, and complimentary wi-fi.

Superior City (1 x king or 2 x twin beds): $230 per night

InterContinental Hotel Adelaide

Distance from venue: 100m (2 minute walk) | North Terrace, Adelaide

Located in the heart of the city, InterContinental Hotel Adelaide provides premium accommodation on the banks of the River Torrens. The hotel has easy access to the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Classic rooms feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate bath, and large vanity area. Additional features include complimentary high-speed internet, a well-situated work desk, and flat-screen TV with Chromecast streaming. There is an outdoor heated pool and gym.

King Classic City View Room (1 x king bed): $270 per night

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received between 30–7 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of one night’s stay. Distance from venue: 850m (12 min walk) | King William Road, North Adelaide

Distance from venue: 1km (14 min walk) | 141 King William Street, Adelaide
