Summary

Michael has been working in the financial advice profession since 2021. Prior to this, Michael spent 15 years working as a specialist electrical inspector in the oil and gas and water treatment industries, gaining valuable business, project, and contract management experience during this time. Michael’s decision to pursue tertiary studies at university and a career in financial advice was motivated by his keen interest in financial and investment markets, financial modelling, and economics. As a result, he has extensive knowledge in areas including superannuation, wealth creation, retirement planning, tax strategies and estate planning. Michael enjoys providing investment and strategic advice to help clients achieve their short, medium, and long-term goals, and believes this is best achieved when coupled with supporting clients to build confidence in their own financial knowledge and decision making over time. Further, Michael believes working collaboratively with other professionals such as Accountants and Lawyers is key in achieving superior financial outcomes for clients. Michael is a SMSF Specialist Advisor (SSA®), holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and is a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA).
