While many of the conditions of release that allow fund members to access their super have remained unchanged for years, several areas continue to cause confusion. In this session, review some of the more complex conditions of release, including dealing with disability and terminal illness benefits, and explore strategic options to avoid pitfalls and maximise client outcomes.
