As Head of the Tax Division at Liston Newton Advisory, I regularly advise on complex tax matters including Small Business CGT concessions, Personal Services Income, Division 7A and other advanced tax issues. Having worked extensively with Self Managed Super Funds since the beginning of my accounting career, I have developed broad experience across a range of complex SMSF matters, including Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements, related party transactions, cryptocurrency investments, and other specialised issues.
