Chris has been a practising lawyer for over 30 years. He is a specialist accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria, and an Accredited Self-Managed Super Fund Specialist Adviser by the SMSF Association. Chris is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, and STEP. His area of expertise is in the area of SMSF death benefit planning and estate planning, and related party property transactions involving SMSFs.
