Summary

Kiarna commenced her career in financial services in 2018, specialising in investments, superannuation (including SMSFs), retirement planning, personal insurance, structuring and cash flow management. As a part of the Perpetual National Medical Advice Team, Kiarna has spent her time crafting and modelling tailored strategies for Medical Professionals, educating and guiding them to gain clarity and confidence in their financial roadmap. Kiarna holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Advanced Studies (with First Class Honours in Finance) from the University of Sydney. Her Honours thesis, which explored the impact of member risk preferences on investment allocations within the superannuation environment, was presented at The Centre of Excellence in Population Ageing Research (CEPAR)’s 29th Colloquium on Pensions and Retirement Research. She also holds a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, having ranked first across Australia and New Zealand in Taxation for Financial Planning, and is a SMSF Specialist Advisor (accredited by the SMSF Association).
