Business to me is all about the people, and investing in relationships. So, in an industry that never stands still – specifically the ever-changing superannuation and SMSF landscape – I take a holistic approach in guiding clients, considering all aspects of their life and financial position to ensure the best outcome is achieved. As an SMSF specialist my goal is to see each client understand their position and achieve living the life they have envisaged. Whether in the area of compliance, trustee education or advice, seeing the ‘lightbulb moment’ on clients’ faces when they understand how and why their fund is working for their retirement is one of my favourite client experiences. I am CPA, SMSF Specialist Advisor (SSA) and Tax Agent with over 20 years experience in public practice. I was included in the 2023 Top 50 Women in Accounting globally and named 2022 Accountant of the Year at the Women in Finance Awards (2023 Finalist). I have also been recognised as a Superannuation Specialist Accountant of the Year finalist at the Australian Accounting Awards multiple times in the last 5 years.
