This offer, in conjunction with our Education Partner Smarter SMSF, provides complimentary membership of the SMSF Association and the benefits this affords.

On claiming this offer, students will receive complimentary membership until 31 March of the following calendar year. The SMSF Association membership cycle runs 1 April – 31 March.

You must have at least one of the following minimum eligibility requirements to apply for Associate Membership:

A relevant tertiary qualification at a minimum Diploma level; OR
An existing registration as a tax agent or tax (financial) adviser with the Tax Practitioners Board; OR
Voting rights with an existing recognised tax agent association or recognised tax (financial) adviser association.

Affiliate membership will keep you informed and ensure you remain up-to-date with the latest developments in the SMSF sector while being part of our valued SMSF community. Affiliate membership is an ideal stepping stone for:

*This complimentary membership offer for the SMSF Association membership is only available to individuals who have completed the nominated Smarter SMSF course and are not current financial members of the SMSF Association. To be eligible, students must register for this offer within 30 days of successful completion of the Smarter SMSF course. Complimentary membership is granted until 31 March of the following calendar year.
